Företaget säljer utrustning för blodtester på hund, häst och katt och den nya webbshopen gör det enkelt för företagets kunder runt om i världen att snabbt och enkelt beställa LifeAssays produkter online. Vårt mål var att skapa en inspirerande, engagerande och funktionell plattform för konsumenten. Den första ordern kom redan under första lanseringsdagen och vi ser fram emot att följa LifeAssays eCommerce framgång.
Since our company LifeAssays wanted to startup direct sales activities for the Nordic countries and other countries in the future, there was an obvious need for an additional sales channel like a webshop with a complex structure and very specific requirements: scalable , multiple countries and currencies, multi language, multiple customer groups with their different pricelists and product categories connected to a adaptable structures for sales offers etc. At the same time , there were strict requirements for the user interface: Easy to navigate, very appealing, harmonic, a nice GUI etc. Les Creatives managed to deliver a very appealing webshop with all the above requirements in a short time of period. They also took high quality product images and much more. For the shop administrators, the Webshop backend platform is easy to manage. Les Creatives is very much customer focused which reflects in fast and effective communication, if needed 7 days a week on basically any time of the day.
