Revamping the Mobile Guide App Experience

The Challenge

OnSpotStory reached out to us to give their mobile app a fresh new look, without rebuilding it from scratch. The goal was to improve the user experience through thoughtful design updates, within the existing framework. We started by diving into the current app, researching user needs, and exploring what could be improved. After presenting several design directions, we worked together to refine and implement the updates. Today, several of their guide apps have been refreshed and are more appreciated than ever.
